Position Title: Jobsite Project Manager
About The Role: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Jobsite Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on active construction sites. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can effectively coordinate between multiple stakeholders.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Duties: Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects on-site. Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site staff to ensure productivity and quality. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, adjusting as needed. Enforce safety standards and compliance with OSHA and local regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues proactively. Manage procurement of materials, equipment and resources. Maintain accurate project documentation, report, and change orders. Communicate project updates to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
